Feeling Safe
One of the keys to really shifting and transforming our energy signature is how SAFE we feel! The more safety we feel in our experiences, the more likely we are to be willing to shift, because we feel more comfortable to do so.
Sometimes we need to create that safety for ourselves, especially in chaotic situations, where safety is often absent. It is really helpful to know when, how and even why we feel safe and when we do not.
So.. What helps you feel safe? The other day, I wrote a list of both what helps me feel safe and what does not feel safe for me.
It was not surprising that teddy bears were on my safety list.. ( when I was a child, my teddies were like best friends. ) Creating frequency cards and writing were also on my list, along with wearing clean clothes and being home and of course being prepared.
Feeling to hot or to cold was on my list of what does not feel safe to me.. I had heat exhaustion several times and I do not enjoy being overheated or being to cold. Also long trips in the car, ( do not enjoy car travel) being stuck in traffic and elevators made this list as well.
I really encourage everyone to make a list of what feel safe and what does not. It really served me to write this out. It validated what I was doing for myself already, plus now I know, when I get upset or feel unsafe, ( which happens sometimes) I can change my clothes, create art and or write to create more safety for myself.
